A complete waste of time. And annoying as I am going to a number of events and it would have been so much simpler to be able to access the tickets from the app."

"Crashes all the time. Doesn't let you add tickets for more than one event. Doesn't apply the 2-4-1 discounts it promises. This app is a betrayal of all those performers who've paid money to appear at the Fringe and cannot sell tickets for their shows because of this feeble excuse of a platform."

"No cut and paste for password & the reset password does nothing. The password is correct but not recognised. In a digital city one would have expected a more competent & user friendly experience than this. I thought by now, after several years, they would have managed to improve it. Tried several times to get a new password, thus far no email to reset. Cannot register again. Oh, and guys, ever thought of a 'Contact Us' menu item?"
